Dan Malone has litigated patent cases involving pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, vitamin supplements, and mechanical devices before several federal courts, including the district courts for Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Dan worked at Pennie and Edmonds. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Bar Association.
