Charlotte Sallabank specialises in United Kingdom corporate tax. In particular, her experience covers tax advice on asset and structured finance, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, and group restructuring. She has been involved in the development and implementation of tax-driven transactions, often with cross-border elements.
