Chris Smith's practice focuses on appellate advocacy and complex trial litigation, and his experience ranges from trial court litigation to petitions for certiorari and merits briefing before the United States Supreme Court. His practice spans many substantive areas, including commercial free speech, ERISA class action litigation, and the enforcement of foreign judgments in the United States. Additionally, he has developed significant experience in immigration appeals, both from his Ninth Circuit clerkship and his pro bono practice.
