Andrew Gumpert has experience in all aspects of real estate development and investment, and his practice covers all sectors of real estate. Andrew has advised developers and investors on the acquisition, development, and disposal of landmark office developments in major city centres as well as on large town centres and out of town retail and mixed-use schemes and industrial parks.
In addition, Andrew has advised on major M&A transactions, portfolio purchases, and disposals and has experience in the occupier market acting for major retailers in their store acquisition and disposal programmes.
Andrew's experience extends to advising on the creation of real estate funds, tax-efficient joint ventures and limited partnership structures, land acquisition/site assembly (including options and conditional purchase agreements), and complex preletting transactions and development finance projects.
Andrew's clients include the DCD/Witkoff, Mothercare, Highcross Strategic Advisers, Westcity Wates, and consortia of private investors and high net worth individuals.
