In Asia, our lawyers have experience across a broad range of employment matters encountered by companies doing business throughout the region. We regularly advise both Western- and Asian-based companies on employment-related merger, acquisition, disposition, and joint venture issues; employment contracts (including noncompete, intellectual property protection, and confidentiality); occupational safety and health matters; restructuring and retrenchment issues; and employee benefits (including stock option schemes for local listed companies and subsidiaries of U.S. listed companies).
