Angela frequently advises clients regarding enforcement of trademark, trade dress, and copyright rights through litigation. Angela's experience includes management and prosecution of trademark portfolios ranging in size from a few U.S. trademark registrations to dozens of national and international registrations. She regularly counsels clients in determining when and where to seek trademark registration and on whether and how to maintain existing trademark rights. Angela also has represented clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Angela has served as an adjunct instructor of legal writing and a legal drafting instructor at The University of Akron School of Law.
