Andrey's practice focuses on patent litigation. Andrey is also involved in patent prosecution and opinion work. In addition, he counsels clients on procurement strategies, patent infringement, and validity matters. His areas of practice include computer engineering, telecommunication networks, network security, operating systems, software applications, and other related fields. His graduate work dealt with tracing attackers in large-scale distributed denial of service (DDoS) and other types of Internet attacks. Andrey has published several articles on Internet security in journals and presented his work at international conferences.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Andrey worked for Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore) as a lead consultant on various aspects of data network design for carriers and enterprise customers.
